Troy’s interest in real estate began shortly after he graduated from the University of Louisville. In his first job at Regus, the market leader in office space, Troy opened the market in Kentucky and leased inspiring work environments to local professionals. After several years at Regus, Troy decided to take his sales and people skills and became an entrepreneur. For eight years, he went from one to ten retail outlets, including delivery and an online presence for his product line. During that period of time, Troy purchased multiple residential and corporate properties for himself and realized just how much he loved real estate. Today, as a successful realtor, he has passion, commitment and understands the importance of taking care of his clients. Troy is a hard worker, always accessible, and enthusiastic about real estate.
